Creating a Centre of Excellence and being the best!
As your company grows or your training expertise increases, you might want to take your training team to the next level, and create a centre of excellence in training for your organisation.
We find that for best results, you need to take time to set clear objectives and agree a realistic plan. It sounds obvious, but it is easy to forget when you are so involved in the detail.
And it is important to remember that your team might need some training in training, and other learning and development specific issues. Training is a specialist skill and you need to allocate time for your team to build their skills and stay on top of best practise.
